Precision Ceramics Receives 5th Esthetic Contours Certification Training

Montclair, CA - October 2009 - Precision Ceramics has completed a fifth installment of the Esthetic Contours Training from UCLA’s Joe Weisz, CDT. Precision Ceramics’ wax and ceramic technicians apply the principles of this certified training to their ceramic and e.max restorations. This education allows PCDL technicians to use a systematic approach to consistent esthetic contours of anterior teeth.

Esthetic Contours CertificationMr. Weisz was certified as a CDT in 1982 and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Laboratory Technology from the University of Texas Health and Science Center at San Antonio. He is an instructor at the UCLA Master Dental Ceramist Program, a full time two-year institute for technicians directed by Dr. Ed McLaren. Drawn from his years as an educator, Mr. Weisz established Esthetic Contour, which offers contouring courses to the public for ceramists and dentists who seek to upgrade their skills in creating natural-looking anterior restorations.
