Mark Jackson, RDT Vice President, GM
Mark co-founded the laboratory in 1981. A member of the ICOI and Cal-Lab, he serves on the Board of directors of the National Association of Dental Laboratories, writes a monthly column for the Journal of Dental Technology and has been on the faculty of NADLU since 2004. He has lectured throughout the US, as well as in Europe and Africa.
Mark is active in the community, and in humanitarian and conservation affairs as a board member of Safari Club International.

Johnny Pedrosa, CDT Production Supervisor
Johnny began his career in dental technology in 1995 and became a Certified Dental Technician (CDT) in crown and bridge in 2002. He has worked at Glidewell Dental Laboratory in Newport Beach and Riverside Dental Ceramics. He is certified in Captek and CAD/CAM technologies.
Johnny lives in Orange County and enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

Jason Shane Quality Control Manager
Jason joined Precision Ceramics in 1995. He had previously worked at Glidewell Laboratories in Newport Beach, CA. Jason brings 20 years of experience in dental technology, and leads our quality control team.
Jason enjoys sports and travel, and lives in nearby Chino Hills with his wife Susie.

Ben Bixby CAD/CAM Supervisor
Before joining Precision Ceramics in the Fall of 2010, Ben managed a business for several years while completing a B.S. in Business Administration. Upon completion of his degree Ben made the transition into the dental field working for True-Fit Dental Laboratory.
Ben and his wife Beka, and their daughter currently reside in Rancho Cucamonga where they are very involved in their church. Ben loves playing and watching sports, playing the piano and spending time with his family.

Eric True Technical Consultant / Trainer
Eric has been working in the dental laboratory business for 25 years, beginning at 13 years old in his father's dental office (his father won the crown and bridge award as a student at USC and continued briefly as an instructor before going into private practice). Eric learned from his father after hours and during the summers, attending ceramic classes, becoming a board certified technician and then starting his own dental lab in 2001. His attention to detail has been sharpened by working very closely with dentist and prosthodontists. Based on his experience and skills in every aspect of fixed prosthetics, he came to Precision in order to help with training, quality control and complicated implant cases.
Eric loves his family - wife Alicia and their two boys and the newest addition to their family a baby girl. Eric is active in his church and he enjoys all kinds of sports, but especially SC football.

Denis Ka CAD/CAM Department
Denis joined Precision Ceramics in 2002 after working at Burbank Dental Laboratory. He is a graduate of Pasadena City College Dental Technology Program and lives with his family in Temple City, CA.
Denis enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

David Moffett CAD/CAM & Implants
David, a second generation dental technician is a graduate of Pasadena City College Dental Technology Program. He joined Precision Ceramics in 1985. His areas of specialty are CAD/CAM operations and implant milling.
Dave enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.

Rosa Verduzco Ceramics Manager
Rosa joined Precision Ceramics in 1995. Rosa leads the department on quality control, final contours and high end anterior aesthetics. Rosa attends continuing education programs and aesthetic ceramic courses to keep her ability "fine tuned" in ceramics.
Rosa lives in Montclair with her family and enjoys hiking and bike riding.

Art Esquivel Metal Finishing Supervisor
Art joined our team in the metal finishing department in 1984. Art leads the department by casting, metal finishing our substructures, implant cases and full cast crowns.
Art enjoys fishing and target shooting in his spare time.

Juan Buitrago, CDT Milling Supervisor
Juan joined Precision Ceramics in 2008. Juan attended Pasadena City College and completed a 2-year course in dental laboratory technology and also became a certified dental technician (CDT).
He lives in nearby Upland with his wife and daughter and enjoys sports and music.

Hugo Layseca Model & Articulation Department
Hugo joined Precision Ceramics in 1994 and brings 23 years experience with multiple face bow and articulation disciplines.
He enjoys all sports, dining out and spending time with his family.

Carlos Gravito Removables Supervisor
Carlos began his career in dental prosthetics in 2004. He brings three generations of dental knowledge to our removable department team. Although dentures are a very old fashion procedure, Carlos is always looking to bring new technology and techniques to our department.
Carlos enjoys snowboarding, playing soccer and graphic design.

Tim Butler Customer Service Manager
Tim joined the Precision Ceramics team in 2010 after 20+ years in the transportation industry. Tim oversees the Customer Service, Scheduling and Logistics departments. His goals are to improve Customer Service and ensure on-time delivery of cases every time.
He lives in Chino with his wife and daughter.

Nancy Kashenberg Customer Service, Sales and Marketing
Nancy recently joined the team. She brings 30+ years of experience in the dental field. Nancy started as a chair side assistant and progressed to business administration and consulting for numerous medical and dental practices. Her goal is to provide impeccable quality customer service and stimulate growth for Precision Ceramics.

Matt Clapp Scheduling Department
Matt joined our team in 2011 and currently leads the scheduling department overseeing and ensuring cases are designed properly and accurately. Matt also ensures our cases meet the customers important deadline dates.
Matt currently lives in Alta Loma and enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and snowboarding. His future goal is to learn how to hang glide.

Debby Alley Accounts Payable
Debby joined the Precision Ceramics team in 2008. She takes care of our accounts payable and inventory control as well as purchasing for the laboratory. Her job is fast paced and there is never a dull moment ensuring the lab never runs out of supplies to timely produce our products.
Debby enjoys her career, family, friends and her husband. She also loves country music and rodeos.

Jon joined our team in March 2010, he began his career as a graduate of the Dental Technology program at Pacific Coast College in 1983. He has worked at Arrowhead Dental Laboratory, Micro Laboratories, Glidewell and as a support technician for Nobel BioCare.
Jon lives in Orange County and enjoys surfing in his spare time.
