How do I ship my order to PCDL?

Step 1
Place all prepared items in the box. Please be sure to tightly pack foam or other packing material around the items to avoid shifting or harm to the case during transportation.

Step 2
When shipping an articulator, separate the top and bottom, place in separate boxes with the models and bite.
Then wrap the items in bubble wrap and place in box with foam on top and bottom to protect the integrity of the models.

Step 3
Make sure to place your prescription sheet in the box, along with any coupons that you may have. Next, seal the boxes securely with packing tape.

Step 4
Attach your completed airbill to the top of your package. Call us at (800) 223-6322 so that one of our customer service representatives may schedule your pickup. We are available Monday through Friday 6am to 5pm PST.
