Cast Chrome Partials

Cast chrome partials are the gold standard by which all removable prosthetic appliances are judged when it comes to partially edentulous patients. Ideal for cases where strength is important, such as in bruxing and clenching patients, or in combination with precision or semi precision attachments. Strong and rigid, we use a Vitallium type alloy, which is nickel and beryllium free, and cast under an inert atmosphere using radio induction casting machines.

All models are articulated, and metal frames are designed to be thin and light weight. All clasps and rests hidden whenever possible, and equilibrated to provide a comfortable, interference free delivery. We are well versed in all popular attachment systems and since we are a full service lab, metal occlusal surfaces are waxed with functional and attractive contours and anatomy by our crown and bridge technicians.
