Perhaps the most common malocclusion, and also the most serious, is base narrow canine teeth. The condition is usually bilateral, however we do see some unilateral cases. Sanitary and self cleaning, once cemented these devices require no further attention and will quickly move the teeth to the desired final resting position, and may be left in place as a retainer as long as necessary.
