Wol-Ceram restorations are fabricated using a unique electro-deposition process. The technique creates an extremely dense and strong aluminum oxide crystalline coping that is infiltrated with colored glasses giving us unlimited flexibility in achieving various colors and levels of translucency.
Wol-Ceram restorations are also the ONLY all-ceramic crown and bridge material that can be both cemented like a regular PFM, and processed on any preparation including feather margins!

Captek
Captek is an advanced metallurgical technology for producing high gold content, yellow metal substructures. This 22-karat gold substructure offers the warm golden color of electroformed copings with the strength and stability of a platinum-palladium alloy. So strong in fact, that this material is equally suitable for both single crowns and bridges.
Captek has a unique metallurgical structure called a “dual phase interpenetrating composite.” When combined with an electrolyte (saliva), a very small electrical charge results. Researchers are calling this a "bacteriostatic effect," and it is reported to repel plaque and bacteria.
We offer our Captek restorations in two configurations. As a coping only, or as a finished porcelain crown. Select either low-fusing or high-fusing ceramics.
Our standard Captek crown is made using Ceramco II porcelain with characterized opaque and a three-layer build up. Our premium Captek crown utilizes Vita Omega 900 low fusing porcelain in a four-layer build up. Both restorations provide outstanding results that will rival all-ceramic crowns; yet they can be cemented in a conventional manner.

Cercon
The solution for reliable metal free bridges! The quest for reliable, biocompatible, esthetic, metal-free restorations has run the gambit, from pressable ceramic restorations (Empress I & II), fiber reinforced composite resins (Targis, Sculpture) to various alumina products (Procera & In-Ceram). While each has had some degree of success, none has delivered on the promise of PFM-like strength and toughness.
For more than forty years, the porcelain fused to metal restoration has remained the clinical standard for strength and durability, as well as predictable, repeatable cosmetics.
Cercon Zirconia is unique among dental ceramics in that it exhibits a physical property called “transformation toughness.” When stress is applied to the material, it goes through an instantaneous phase transformation that acts as a clamp to prevent crack development. This phenomenon is of great importance in fatigue situations such as those caused by chewing forces on restorations.
Manufactured using a computer controlled milling machine, these restorations are machined to precise tolerances, with outstanding fit and marginal integrity, and of course STRENGTH!

EsthetiGlass
Available in 45 distinctive shades (including 3 bleached shades), EsthetiGlass low fusing porcelain crowns are made with the latest generation of ceramics from Vita. EsthetiGlass contains more yellow-orange glass to provide warmer tones and higher translucency in the oral environment. The low fusing porcelain has smaller particle size than competitive products, giving it a more dense structure and lower wear on the opposing dentition. EsthetiGlass restorations are also easily adjusted and polished chair-side.
Like every other product we produce EsthetiGlass crowns and bridges are covered by our unconditional lifetime guarantee!

IPS Empress
A proven pressable ceramic restoration, IPS Empress offers patient satisfaction with aesthetic, natural looking restorations, through exclusive use of ceramic materials. The utilization of bonded ceramic restorative materials is intended to reestablish function, shape, contour, color (hue, value and chroma), natural light transmission and strength of natural dentition.
Individually colored tooth restorations can be reproduced in exact shape and shade. The result is an individually fabricated restoration with an excellent fit and all the characteristics of a natural tooth. Even when working in limited space, optimum aesthetic results can be obtained.
The Empress system yields excellent crowns, but is especially effective when used for inlays/onlays and veneers. Empress provides one of the strongest all-ceramic restorations available.
The restoration is modeled in wax and cast in a specially formulated investment. The system's furnace then allows the restoration to be pressed in leucite reinforced ceramic porcelain. After removal from the oven, the restoration is finished to the required aesthetic and anatomical specifications, using staining and layering techniques.

Diagnostic Wax-up Services
Dentistry is, by its very nature, a very visual endeavor. Patients, dentists and technicians must all communicate clearly with each other to successfully create winning esthetic restorations. Real problems arise when one party is forced to "visualize" what the other means by translating words back into a visual image.
The Diagnostic Wax-up allows case presentation to the patient with a natural-looking, three-dimensional representation of the final case. The Wax-up makes it possible to illustrate the current situation and how a more esthetic smile can be achieved. The shape and color of the teeth are easily discussed with the patient. These wax-ups dramatically increase treatment acceptance rates.
In addition to facilitating patient communication, the Diagnostic Wax-up can aid the dentist in visualizing and planning tooth reduction requirements. This can dramatically reduce treatment time in the operatory. Matrices created from the Wax-up serve as a valuable check to ensure adequate preparation, or to make temporary restorations. The dentist can also pre-plan the location and contour of any gingival tissue recontouring that might be necessary.
Cases are waxed on a duplicate model, using life-like, tooth-colored, and tissue-colored waxes. Diagnostic Wax-ups are glazed to provide a long lasting durable finish and delivered in a clear plastic presentation box.

Valplast Partials
Offer your patients the best esthetics and comfort in partial dentures. Offer them Valplast® flexible, esthetic partials. Valplast partials utilize a special material that provides the translucency of natural tissue. In addition, Valplast partials have metal-free clasping. Valplast's unique material resists chemical breakdown, providing a long-lasting, high-strength partial. In addition, stress is more naturally distributed in the mouth with Valplast partials, which means the remaining dentition stays healthier longer than with conventional partials.
Valplast provides a natural tissue blend effect with translucency that picks up the patient's natural tissue tone. There are no metal clasps to announce where the partial begins. Patients love the esthetic excellence of Valplast ... it gives them the confidence they need to face the world, a feeling they wouldn't expect from a removable partial denture.
Designed for the utmost in functionality, Valplast is formulated to provide needed strength, without bulkiness. Patients can confidently and comfortably resume normal mastication very soon after the insertion of the prosthesis. In addition, the flexibility of the resin achieves the effect of a stress-breaker without complicated attachments. The gum tissue is gently stimulated under mastication, and unnatural stress on the remaining natural teeth is substantially reduced.

EquiliCast Chrome Partial Dentures
Are you tired of grinding on metal rests and clasps? We sure were, so in 1990 we opened up our own cast chrome frame department, and began applying the principle we use in our crown and bridge department to the frames we wax and cast. For example:
Articulation: Unlike some chrome labs, we fully articulate all models, and run them through lateral and protrusive excursions. This will eliminate unnatural occlusal interference and reduce chair time.
Anatomical Design: All of our occlusal metal surfaces, anterior facings and metal pontics are waxed in our crown and bridge department to ensure you receive functional, anatomically correct designs.
Synergy: Since we are a full service laboratory, combination cases have better results. Implant bars, superstructures and attachment cases will have precise fit and sound engineering.
Attention to Detail: All clasps are thin and tapered to provide resiliency and comfort, and highly polished internally to reduce the likelihood of wearing tooth enamel.
Quality and Consistency: By casting with electronic induction, we carefully control temperature, preserving the alloy's physical properties and improving consistency.
All of our castings are proudly made in the U.S.A., and are covered by our Full Unconditional Lifetime Guaranty. Precision Ceramics is a lab you can trust!

SuperNatural Dentures
Give your patients a life-like, confident "SuperNatural Smile.” Every SuperNatural denture takes into account the subtle variations of natural dentition and contours of natural tissue that make each patient unique. They accurately capture the patient's "personality" (age, sex, skin tone, facial features), smile lines, buccal corridors and embrasures.
Choose From A Full Range Of High Quality Teeth: Every full SuperNatural or partial denture, or cast partial, is constructed using your preferred Vita or Dentsply teeth. These high quality teeth provide superior wear resistance and exceptional esthetics. Each tooth (whether hardened acrylic, composite or porcelain) is layered to duplicate the vitality and function of natural dentition.
Fabricated For Perfect Fit and Function: Every full SuperNatural or partial denture is processed using the Palapress System. Diamond D High Impact resin ensures dentures that are more fracture-resistant and tissue compatible with less residual monomer. Using initial pressure polymerization with continuous injection, SuperNatural Dentures have no pressure points, raised bites or microporosities.
Guaranteed for LIFE! Should any SuperNatural Denture prove defective for any reason whatsoever including accidental breakage, we will repair or replace for the life of the patient!
Economy Dentures
In addition to our popular SuperNatural denture, we also offer an economy line of dentures. The same care is taken to ensure an accurate, comfortable fit but without a few of the frills. We use a less expensive tooth and leave the palate and flange area smooth.

Sinfony Nano Composite Restorations
Because Sinfony composite was designed to be built and layered just like porcelain, ceramists can use their previous training and experience to create life-like inlays/onlays, veneers and full crowns without the shortcomings common to other resin systems.
Recent university tests show that Sinfony indirect lab composite outperformed all other resin systems in the areas of impact strength, flexural modulus, flexural strength and solubility. Furthermore, independent testing by Reality and The Dental Advisor reported very high ratings for esthetics, ease of finishing and polishing, and “good to excellent” one-year recalls with high marks for resistance to fractures/chipping and patient satisfaction.
If you’ve been disappointed with other resin systems in the past, you can count on Sinfony composite to deliver:
- Excellent plaque and stain resistance
- Superior wear characteristics
- Excellent esthetics
- Natural opalescence and translucency
- High impact strength
