Even before your case arrives, it has been tracked electronically via the preprinted overnight airbill number we provide free of charge. Upon arrival, it is promptly issued a case number and is inspected and tracked at every stage of fabrication, via bar code readers in each department. Case status, delivery information and tracking numbers are available on-line 24 hours per day, and an automatic order confirmation is sent to your office via fax or e-mail.
Gypsum products, such as die stones and model stones, are carefully stored and measured using advanced computerized water-powder ratio scales adapted from the pharmaceutical industry, and mixed using only laboratory grade distilled water. Models are dried in a controlled environment air circulation cabinet for precise and consistent setting and expansion.
Likewise, Isocabs are utilized for storage of investment powders and liquids, and even for mixing bowls and vessels!
All dies are trimmed and blocked out under magnification using Mantis broadfield microviewers.
We offer a number of different CAD CAM systems utilizing milling and electrodeposition processes and have monitors to display digital images and radiographs during ceramic layering and case consultations. We utilize inert atmosphere induction casting machines, computerized multistage burn out furnaces, and state of the art porcelain and pressing ovens.
