Tomorrow's Dentistry is at Precision Ceramics Dental Laboratory Today.

Precision Ceramics is dedicated to staying at the forefront of this technology. The forward compatibility and export capability of the scanned STL file to our various CAD/CAM systems presents a world of exciting opportunities. Intra-oral digital impression systems eliminate the imperfections synonymous with conventional impressions, improve communication, increase productivity and lower remake rates.

Our dedication to new technology is such that Precision Ceramics was recruited to participate in early trials of the Cadent iTero™ digital impression system. Our laboratory produced most of the cases used by Cadent™ during its beta testing and double-blind clinical trials. With digital scans, there is no need to schedule a pick-up or deal with shipping forms; the digital scan arrives within minutes of being transmitted. Our technicians review and process the digital file, then send it electronically to our design team for milling and fabrication. Today we continue to lead in the digital dentistry field, and we are one of the few labs that can accept any type of intraoral scan file.

Tomorrow's Technology is Here Today

Focused on Accuracy

Dental technology is exploding with exciting advancements. With Intra-oral digital impressions, it's now possible to increase the efficiency in your dental practice through computer-aided design technology and digital milling.

Moreover, digital impressions have nearly eliminated human errors, which cause ill-fitting crowns, dentures, partials, implants, and orthodontic appliances. Today's intraoral scanner technology provides error-free margin data, and dentists can review and revise their scans before sending them to the lab.

Our "Focus on Accuracy" means faster turnaround times for your cases, reduced shipping costs, and expensive remakes are no longer an issue. These advancements allow you to give your patients more accurate results and a faster turnaround time, which means happier patients.

Precision accepts digital impression scans for Sirona CEREC®, Align Technology iTero™, 3Shape TRIOS®, and 3M ESPE's 3M™ True Definition Scanner, and others.
