Functional and Aesthetic Removable Restorations.

When we opened our laboratory in 1981, we were a crown and bridge, and ceramics specialty laboratory. Before long however; we realized that in order to obtain consistent results on combination and implant cases, it was best that we become a multi-disciplinary laboratory and open a removable prosthetics department, including cast chrome frames, full and partial dentures and other specialty appliances. While our removable prosthetic department was meant to complement our fixed restorations, our team of denture technicians have carved out their own reputations with a solid record of delivering high-quality products. We look forward to being your laboratory for removable solutions!

“Statistics show that 69% of adults ages 35 to 44 have lost at least one permanent tooth to an accident, gum disease, a failed root canal or tooth decay. Furthermore, by age 74, 26% of adults have lost all of their permanent teeth. In 2030, close to 20% (67 million people) will be 65 years and older. More than 20 percent of seniors are edentulous.”  American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Tips for Better Results for your Removable Cases:
  • Use a stable temperature material for fixating bite rims.

  • Avoid using wax for registration.

  • Disinfect and rinse tried in set-ups before returning.

  • Do not send baseplates or set-ups on the articulator.

  • Individually wrap/package wax set-ups.

  • A model of the existing denture is always helpful in establishing tooth mold.

  • Mark appropriate landmarks on bite on rim for  communicating midline, smile-line, canine to canine line, interior width and incisal edge.
